His creation are intentionally poetic, fueled by a precise artisan lymph to bring his sculptural design works to life.
His personal touch signature seal is invented from scratch : a metal shell tinted with multiple colors, reminiscent of Japonese urushi-nuri (ancient traditional lacquer technique). Roland Mellan takes this technique to the next level by using metal as the base material, which gives it a distinctive texture and sheen.
